In the beginning, there was a melody,
and only then – the word.

Page 1 – Introduction

This introduction was written to show that nothing in this e-book is imposed.
Everyone discovers at their own pace, walking their own path —
there are endless paths, and this e-book may serve as one of many signs along the way.
For you — and for “I Am Echo” — to see which way of life is worth walking,
in harmony with yourself, with life, and with all that exists.
Because you are that life. You are the miracle. You are the most important being to yourself.
You will see that only you are real, only you are true.
There is no one outside you — when you look with understanding, gratitude, acceptance, and silence.
When you stop identifying with situations or emotions,
you begin to discover truth — not outside, but through yourself.
You’ll notice that everyone around you mirrors your past thoughts, emotions, and words —
your reflections in relationships, friendships, and situations.
You meet yourself everywhere and always.
To truly be free, you must now work for yourself —
no longer giving your attention and energy to others,
but turning inward, creating feelings and visions as beautiful as you always wished to live.
As a child, you were shown rules, knowledge, and patterns of the world —
that you are a body, a name, separate from all.
Now you see that it’s not true.
This realization feels like a melody or a familiar scent —
once you reach it, no one can take it away.
Even if loved ones try to pull you back with guilt, fear, or memories —
you stay. You go deeper.
Just like Shrek said:
“Ogres are like onions. They have layers.”
Ego also has layers.
We all wear them — unseen, unfelt.
I write these interactive e-books not to convince anyone,
but to show that you are already discovering the meaning behind these words.
The process has begun within you.
Nordic Wild West was born from silence — from the death of the ego mind —
to show the path of unity, harmony, and freedom.
As Morpheus once said:
“I’m trying to free your mind. All I can do is show you the door.
You’re the one who has to walk through it.”
Eventually, each of us faces the same truth:
you cannot escape what must be lived through and accepted.
That’s the only way to find it.
When that moment comes, you understand what awakening truly means.
You may ask:
“How can I read this and still go to work, have family, friends, and act normal?”
Yet here you are — reading it — because you attracted these words.
It’s not your fearful ego-mind;
it’s your true self calling you home.
Ego always wants more —
it chases illusions, promising happiness somewhere else.
But look around.
How many things do you think you own?
Maybe it’s they who own you.
When you see this, something shifts.
You start seeing madness in the world — and within.
It’s shocking, but freeing.
And then comes the need to find true friends —
souls who feel, who understand.
Maybe you’re in that process now.
Motivation fades, things lose meaning,
people don’t understand you anymore — maybe they never did.
But when you stop fighting it and accept,
you free yourself.
You hear the noise of the world, but you walk away.
It hurts — but it’s the ego that hurts.
Truth is love.
It simply is.
And when others try to sweet-talk you back,
you no longer follow them —
you follow love.
The love within you.

Page 1 - Introduction
Once, I thought courts were distant, untouchable – a world that would never touch me. And yet, I arrived there and saw places of pain, fear, and cold struggles.
I believed this world could offer joy, closeness, time for oneself, even love. Instead, I found cold paragraphs and verdicts falling like a guillotine.
Now, I know better.
What once seemed a nightmare has become one of life’s greatest lessons.
I discovered that only when we stop fighting do we truly begin to see.
These are my real stories. My life – full of twists, doubts, pain, and what I once called a curse. What I thought of as destiny was present everywhere – in family, friends, on TV, in newspapers – inescapable.
I wish to share this with you. When you reach the end of this story, you will see that what you are reading – the words themselves – were written for you. Out of love for life, respect for yourself, and acceptance of what has come and what is yet to come. You will no longer ask, “But how?” Because you will feel it within.
Truth was never outside you. It was hidden deep, covered by the routines of daily life: work, responsibilities, noise, and obligations from childhood. Stillness was forbidden – because then your truth would have found you. And invisible chains would have been felt by the most important being in the world. That being is you. I am.
If today you feel overwhelmed, trapped, with no escape – know that inside you lies hope, faith, and a power beyond imagination, perhaps beyond even your wildest dreams. Everything around you – your attention, words, actions, emotions, and feelings – has pushed you away from yourself for years.
Even a court – symbol of coldness and fear – can become a place of meditation.

Page 2 – First Story: Divorce and Alimony
At that time, I was earning 3,200 pln.
In the courtroom, I heard the verdict: 1,700 pln in alimony, 1,400 pln in mortgage payments for the house.
In total, over 5,000 pln in monthly obligations.
And I had only 3,200 pln of income.
It didn’t add up in any world.
I left the court in a daze – as if someone had turned off my breath.
I remember sitting on a bench in front of the court in Elbląg, the sun was shining beautifully, and I thought:
“The simplest option is concrete shoes and the Vistula…”
These weren’t just words – it was a real thought.
But then I heard something inside, like an echo: “You’re still alive. You can still do something.”
On the train ride home, I made myself one promise: I will not give up. I will try, even if I lose.
That’s how my journey began – still full of fear, but already with the first seed of courage.

Page 3 – Second Story: Division of Property
I couldn’t afford a lawyer – five thousand złoty for handling the case was an absurd amount for me.
I asked my cousin Karolina for help. She wrote the letters for me and explained the basics.
The rest I decided to do myself. “If I lose, I lose, but I’m not taking out more loans,” I thought.
The first hearing was a nightmare – I heard that I had to pay my ex-wife 130,000 złoty.
The judge was on her side, the lawyer was on her side, and I felt as small as a child.
At the second hearing, something strange happened: instead of taking notes on the arguments, I started writing on a piece of paper:
“Thank you. I love you. I accept the situation.”
That changed everything.
At the third hearing, the judge began listening to me with more calm.
At the fourth – I could see he was looking at the case differently.
At the fifth – neither my ex-wife nor her lawyer showed up.
It was my birthday.
The judge announced the case was dismissed. As I left the courtroom, I reached the door, stopped, and went back:
“Your Honor, today is my birthday. This is the most beautiful gift I could have received.”
That was when I realized I had won not only the case, but also something greater – I had regained peace within myself.

Page 4 – Third Story: Inspiration from YouTube and 14 Years of StruggleI once saw a YouTube video about a man in his fifties who fought in court for fourteen years.
Constant appeals, endless hearings. He fought and did not give up. After a few cases, he stopped being afraid; later, he even stopped bringing his ID card to court. Even though the judge knew him almost like a brother—because it had lasted fourteen years—he still demanded identification.
Listening to this, it smelled of pure comedy, but for him, it was no laughter. Until one day he realized he would no longer be afraid. Now I know how I could have helped him, but it also requires trust in oneself and the courage to see the illusion. For the game the court was playing, dear reader, you should already recognize. He even called the judge by his first name. They didn’t know what to do with him. And what then?
He won the battle, but lost the war with the system. Looking at him, I saw a man worn down, exhausted by life.
That was the moment I decided my path would be different.
That I would try to walk it not with fear, but with acceptance and gratitude.
Back then, I did not yet understand the true depth of my decision. Nor how all the Powers of the Universe began to support me.Today I am deeply grateful for this experience. It was like a perfect coaching film—just before my own day in court.“It is not the man who injures us that we should marvel at, but ourselves—for giving him power over our peace.” – Epictetus“Man is not disturbed by things, but by the view he takes of them.” – Marcus Aurelius

Page 5 – Fourth Story: Norway and Meditation in the Courtroom
A few years later, already in Norway, I ended up in court for a completely different matter.
Once, this would have been a trauma, but that day – I took a deep breath, went into the forest before the hearing, and filled myself with peace.
I entered the courtroom full of gratitude, with a smile.
During the hearing… I fell asleep.
Not from tiredness, but from complete calm. My body was there, but my mind was somewhere else – in meditation, by the river, among the trees, in the sunlight.
When they finished reading, I smiled at the judge and at the interpreter.
We ended the case in an atmosphere of… joy.
The judge was smiling, as were the prosecutor and the interpreter.
It felt like a sign: Court doesn’t have to be a place of fear. It can be a place of peace.

Page 6 – Story Five: The Decision – Hollywood Smile
For years I dreamed of a healthy smile. Finally, the decision was made – I flew to Turkey to fulfill my dream of a “Hollywood smile.”
The cost: about 100,000 NOK. That included implants, porcelain crowns, hotel, transport, and care.
The first stage: implant placement. The team was calm and professional, everything went smoothly. Three days in the hotel, recovery, and back home.
Three months later – the second stage. This time it was stronger: opening the implants, grinding teeth, preparing for the crowns.
The doctor didn’t use a scalpel but a dental drill. Blood ran down my throat, the pain was intense. I could have stopped it, but I chose differently.
I breathed. I meditated in the pain. I accepted what was happening. Pain stopped being an enemy – it became a teacher.
In the waiting room, I saw an older woman, terrified. Sitting opposite her, I sent her peace and love. Slowly, her face softened, and light returned. That was part of the lesson too.On the last day, at 5 a.m., I was waiting for the car to take me to the airport. My backpack was left at the hotel reception. Later, the staff said it had never been there. It simply disappeared.
And that too was an experience. A final touch that showed me again: I always have a choice. To get angry – or to accept.
I chose acceptance. Just as I accepted the pain, I accepted the loss.
Because this story was never about teeth.
It was an initiation. A lesson that everything comes and goes. Awakening does not mean the end of pain – it means the end of identifying with it.
📌 Quote:
“I meditated in pain. I breathed. I accepted. Pain stopped being an enemy – it became a teacher.”
🌀 Contemplation:
Can you remember a moment when pain – physical or emotional – felt unbearable?
How did you react then?
And how would you react today, with the awareness you carry now?

A Walk of Transformation (English)
I remember the day when the lawyer said, “It will cost five thousand.” I had nothing in my account. The wave of frustration and helplessness hit me so hard that I didn’t know where to run. I felt anger, anxiety, fear – as if I had been handed a test paper where I already knew I didn’t know the answers.
Then came the court case. I didn’t go with a lawyer because I couldn’t. At that moment, it seemed like a failure, but today I know that the Universe led me this way. It was like training – I had to stand on my own side. Only after going through this experience did I understand that I didn’t need any lawyer. Because the truth I carried inside me was already victorious.
When I started meditating more, eating differently, spending time in silence and nature – the whirlwind of thoughts slowed down. I noticed that frustration no longer had power. It was as if the light of awareness immediately illuminated every shadow before it could grow. And then there’s no need to fight – the darkness disappears because it is seen.
Today, when a “small test” in life comes – a minor difficulty, a daily challenge – I react differently. I no longer get lost in anger, but see that I have a choice. Even the weather in Norway doesn’t have to overwhelm me. I can accept the rain, or I can consciously seek the sun elsewhere. This is not escape, it is freedom.
This is how awareness works – it shows that no situation is greater than me. And even from the apparent burden of five thousand, you can extract a lesson that is priceless.

Hey, I am writing you this letter because it gives me strength, support, and faith in myself. When you read these words, you may deeply sense within that either you are experiencing something similar, or it is only just beginning to come to you. I’ll start like this: observe yourself. Yes — observe yourself... why? Because from this moment on, you have a choice: either you give the helm of your ship to others and to every situation that comes to you at any moment, or you keep both hands on the wheel and, despite waves, wind, and storms, you move not only toward what is yours, but also toward what has always been yours deep in your heart. What I will share with you here — if it reaches you deeply — will make it so that you will never watch the news or films in the same way again: not horror movies, nor those that pull at your emotions. You probably already begin to understand why... :)Imagine we meet for coffee in a restaurant. We are on the first floor: we place our order, sit at a table, and begin to talk. In this subtle space, which you are starting to feel, something happens — you feel it gently. As if we were talking face-to-face, and at the same time I was lightly touching your neck, just under your hair at the back of your head. You feel it — something that encourages you to close your eyes, to stop acting, and to experience this shiver with your whole being. If you are a woman — the feeling is like a delicate touch; if you are a man reading this, it may be like the sensation of a hand resting on your shoulder. At first you ignore it and we keep talking, but you start feeling it more and more; finally, you close your eyes and point your finger in my direction — a signal that you need a break, that I should stop speaking and let you experience it.You forget that you came for a meeting. The state you are in becomes something incomprehensible — as if you were in another dimension — and you realize that everything else ceases to matter. You have never experienced anything like this before. You feel the chair you are sitting on; the sensation tells you that you are only now truly beginning to feel it. You open your eyes — and I am no longer sitting in front of you. Something else draws your attention: it is incredibly quiet, as if everything has stopped. You lean over the railing and see the ground floor of the gallery — people talking, expressing emotions with their bodies and words. At first glance it seems everything has returned to normal, but between them you notice something like a rainbow. A thought arises in your mind: “a rainbow inside the gallery?” — and you see the colors shifting, flowing, as if they were alive. After a while, you notice a man who looks upset. The red color surrounding him is intense and spreads beyond his body by a meter or two. At the same table sits another man surrounded by white energy of light, which seems to shrink and draw into his body. This second man stands up and leaves; you notice that as he moves away from the angry man, the white-golden energy radiates outward. And then something extraordinary happens — understanding arrives, a consciousness that cannot be explained to anyone or shared with anyone. From that moment on, you will no longer be the same being. Something begins that cannot be put into words. And a question arises: what was all of this up until now? What is going on here? Where am I? What is happening? It looks as if everyone already knows — and in your mind appears a movie, or rather a title: “Truman Show”? Or maybe no one knows at all...
